a music-adapting puzzle racer game where users can choose their own music to play with. the shape, the speed & the mood of each race is determined by the song chosen, so one is able to "ride the music". players can earn points by clustering together block of similar color together on the highway, & can compete against each other for the highest score depending on the songs.

last.fm lastgraph & extra stats
2 recent new reincarnations of the previously blogged WaveGraphs application, which uses the ThemeRiver (PDF) visualization metaphor to convey one's historical music listening habits on last.fm. the color indicates the 1st time the artist was listened to, warmer colors being more recent. as a new artist is listened to it is put onto the outsides of the graph.
LastGraph uses data from Last.fm to generate high-resolution images of wavegraphs of one's music listening history as an online web service.
Extra Stats has a similar aim, but functions as a standalone Windows-only program that calculates statistical information using people's music listening history.

a new API from Google that generates information charts in a dynamic way. its usage is quite straightforward: you link to an image in the form of a parameterized URL, such as http://chart.apis.google.com/chart?cht=
p3&chd=t:90,49&chs=400x200&chl=data|bling.
"cht=p3" is the chart type, in this case, a pie chart.
"chd=t:90,49" are the chart values, text-encoded, and separated by a comma.
"chs=400x200" is the custom chart size, 400 by 200 pixels.
"chl=Data|Bling" are the different labels for the pie chart sections, separated via the pipe character.
chart types include: line charts, bar charts, pie charts, Venn diagrams & scatterplots.
